HOME MATCHES:    Always meet a minimum of 30 minutes before KO

AWAY MATCHES :    Meet at Lep Inn at assinged time unless otherwise advised.

TRAINING: Arrive 7.50pm do some stretching, get the messing out of the way & be ready for training at 8pm sharp.
